Can I use points from one shop at another?

No. Every REWO wallet belongs to one shop, so points stay with the business where you earned them.

How do I check my points?

Open the REWO rewards app and sign in with the phone number you use at participating shops.

What if my points are missing?

Allow a short time for the transaction to appear, then contact the shop where you made the purchase.

What does the REWO QR code do?

It helps staff find your customer record and the relevant shop wallet quickly. It does not give another shop access to your other balances.

How do I redeem points?

Ask staff at the shop where you earned the points. That shop's redemption rules apply.
